Great article on Gary Kubiak and his efforts to build confidence and instill a winning mentality in the Houston Texans.

So far, it hasn't worked. "The Texans are 0-3 this season, 18-49 since their inaugural season in 2002 and never have had a winning record," writes Kristie Rieken of the Associated Press. "Kubiak inherited a team that just doesn't know how to win and doesn't do the things that winning teams do... It would be easy to argue that confidence is needed to win and that winning breeds confidence. But for a team that has won just two of its past 20 games, how can such confidence be built?"

Well, anyone know the answer to that question?
