| Rockets have busy offseason HOUSTON -- Rockets general manager Daryl Morey walked onto the team's practice court on Friday afternoon and greeted about two dozen reporters who had gathered for a press conference. "Well, we meet again," Morey joked. He certainly didn't need a more formal introduction with all the press conferences that the Rockets have been holding this summer to reveal their flurry of offseason moves. With a little over two months remaining before the start of training camp, the Rockets have been making one move after another this offseason to close the gap on the other top teams in the Western Conference. | Re: Rockets have busy offseason Houston definitely added a lot of new faces, including a new coach in Rick Adelman, veterans Steve Francis, Mike James and Luis Scola and rookie Aaron Brooks. Can these guys team with Yao Ming and Tracy McGrady to get this team into the Finals this season?
