| Francis Back With The Rockets Steve Francis has agreed to a deal with the Houston Rockets. Francis spent his first five seasons with the Rockets, was traded to Orlando in 2004, then sent to the Knicks in 2006. He was traded last month to Portland, which bought out his contract.
