Jeff Van Gundy tried everything to pull the Rockets out of their offensive funk.
He put the ball in Tracy McGrady's hands. He asked his guards to feed Yao Ming. He turned to his bench in hopes of generating something. And he even rested Rafer Alston for a grand total of two minutes.
None of it made a difference.
The Rockets couldn't avoid enduring the worst offensive showing in the franchise's playoff history as the Utah Jazz snatched an 81-67 victory Thursday night in Game 3 of the first round series at EnergySolutions Arena.
Wow, T-Mac and Ming and you only get 67 on the Jazz...so much for this team being a contender...how far can this team actually go? |
