Who will be the new manager of the Houston Astros?

One rumor says Tony Pena might be interested in the job. Pena, New York Yankees first-base coach, managed in the Astros farm system for three years. What do you think the odds of this happening are? What other candidates' names are being tossed around for the Houston job?
