Northeast - Buffalo has only played 1 game but hasn't lost any (Montreal is technically in first with a win and a ot loss.)

Central - Detroit/St Louis/Columbus/Nashville (all tied at 1-1)

Northwest- Vancouver (2-0)

Pacific- San Jose (3-0)
