okay so a recap of the awards and the most probable winner:
Norris - best defenceman:
Chara, Lidstrom and Phaneuf. Lidstrom should win.
Lady Byng - most gentlemanly:
Datsyuk, St. Louis and Pominville. Goes to Datsyuk.
Hart - most valuable:
Ovechkin, Iginla and malkin. Papers are all saying Ovechkin of course but I wish Iginla would win it -he didn't win it in 2002 or 2004 either.
Jack Adams - best coach:
Babcock, Boudrea and Carbonneau. My favorite is carbonneau but the sports guys were always touting Boudreau - the paper this morning says babcock. Who knows?
Pearson - best player as voted by players:
Ovechkin, Malkin and Iginla - again. So, ovechkin again?
Calder-top rookie:
Toews, kane and Backstrom. Today the Star says Kane because of his numbers.
Selke - best defensive forward:
Datsyuk, Zetterberg and Madden - Bets on Zetterberg.
Masterton - I love this one - it's for dedication and perseverance:
Jason Blake-played all 82 games even after being diagnosed with cancer, Chelios-46 years old, second oldest player ever in NHL history and Pisani - diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, missed 26 games at the start and came back and played remarkably.
The Star says is it should go to Blake.
So remember, all voting was done pre post-season.

Pretty much agree with most your picks, though it'd be nice if Malkin came away with some kind of hardware today. I don't think Babcock will win the Jack Adams. As glenn said in another thread, that Wings team could pretty much coach itself. So, yeah, go with Boudreau there. And I sure hope Blake wins the Masterton. That is an amazing accomplishment.
