And forwards Blue Jackets' Chimera and Nash, Doan, Blues' mayers, Blackhawks' Sharp and Toews, Sabres Roy, martin St. Louis, Eric Staal and ray Whitney.
Looking good.
No leafs - but Kaberle will play in the Czech team and Stralman will play for the Swedes.
If some teams bow out early - like say the the Stars or Ducks - depending who wins - the team could be even more pumped up with the likes of Turco or Giguere, Richards or getzlaf.

Ultimately, (GM) Yzerman wants to see who will still be available when the first round of the playoffs are over. They'll go no further than April 22, and training camp opens in Quebec City on April 24....
The fact the tournament is in Canada – May 2-18 in Halifax and Quebec City – made it a bit easier to recruit players this year.

Nash is GREAT on the team - he was last year's MVP.

Nash was named the tournament MVP and was also named to the All-Star Team. No other Canadian player was recognized with an individual award, which was only fitting for this team-first group.

The United States will play two additional preliminary-round games against Slovenia (May 4) and Canada (May 6) before the qualification round begins.
