Whos your all time favourite NHL tough guy???? Growing up with the pat quinn leafs era, my favourite was always Tie Domi, who had a career long rivalry with Rob Ray AkA The Rayzer who was also one of my favourites, and who can forget Bob Probert?????
In terms of todays NHL, there arent many tough guys who I can take a liking too, Sean Avery is to much of an instigator, which is fine, if you can back it up....

Hmm, not sure what qualifies a guy for this category, but as a Pens fan I'd nominate Ulf Samuelsson.

i fear i may embarrass myself here, but how about Eric Lindros as a candidate ?

i seem to remember he was very large and played hurt and didnt shy from a hit ....... not saying he was the toughest of all time, but i believe he was tough

Yeah...they don't make him like Tiger any more...

Domi, Ray and Probert definitely rank up there with the best goons I've seen. Sounds like you and I were getting into hockey around the same time!
