my thread on the caps new jerseys got me thinking about team jerseys.....what are ur 5 favourite jerseys of all time?:

- LA Kings Black and Silver Gretzky era: why they ever changed their jerseys is beyond me! the black and silver jerseys of the kings were by far the most badass jerseys ever!!!!!
- Buffalo Sabres White, Yellow and Blue...(1970's-80's)
- Vancover Canucks Orange and White...Pavel Bure era
- San Jose Sharks.....they have all been pretty cool looking so far..love that logo
- Chicago Blackhawks.....classic logo.....this jersey never has and never should change

and now for the 5 UGLIEST jerseys of all time:
- LA Kings Purple and Yellow...1960's-70's Marcel Dionne era...ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
- Nashville Predators...current jersey....these things look like pukee
- Phoniex Coyotes....late 90's...these were probably the ugliest things ive ever seen on ice so bad i have to show a picture for those that dont know what im talking about:

- New York Islanders..fisherman logo jerseys...awhile back, the isles changed their logo for a season....resulting in a hideous jersey, cant find a picture of it bit believe me...it was awfull
- St. Louis Blues..Scotty Bowman era....these were so bad that scotty bowman refused to put his team out on the ice in these rags...

Here is the fisherman's logo...This was symbol of the worst period that we Islander fans went through.

LOL, i collect hockey pucks and I have one with that logo on it, apparently its worth some money since they stoped making them after one season.......looks more like a logo for a team from halifax or something lol

1. Toronto Maple Leafs
2. Detroit Red Wings
3. Calgary Flames (current)
4. TB Lightning (sorry, I'm a homer! )
5. NY Rangers (blue sweater)

I don't get you Oggie - a top five list that doesn't have the maple Leafs?

My list would be
leafs
habs,
detroit,
philly
(60s/70s ear)
and the old Nordiques.

I like the Avs colours, but don't much like their logo shirt.

I think Phoenix, Atlanta and Minnesota take the cake for ugly, and the classic old canucks with the crazy ass colours.

Well, I do love the leafs jersey, everyone knows how sweet it is, no need really to put it on the list .......the list was really suited towards jerseys of teams that are constantly chaning their jerseys drasticlly every couple of years........
