The San Diego sports arena, which is called the ipayone center, will be torn down somewhat soon. The ECHL team folded this year due to its lease with the building. They could build over it, its in a prime location 5 miles from down town, old town for those familiar. I just know how much fans like hockey there, they would draw well even when the chargers were playing that day. It has been one of the most succesful minor hockey cities, up there with fort wayne and oaklahoma city, but who wants to live there. The nhl already has buff, pitts, nj, and columbus. haha
