When I was growing up, in between periods, to keep kids watching Hockey Night In Canada, they made Peter Puck. he was all about fair play, but all I remember is, he was a cartoon and more interesting than the commentators. He disappeared but now he's coming back - clothing, a dvd, maybe even a show.
I think he was even part of the Scotiabank kids club, which was ceremonially headed by Jean Beliveau.
So i wake up this morning and there's Peter puck on the sports page. It's been 30 years - more. Anyone else recognize him?

The politicians say they are supporting Ottawa, but come on - they're politicians.
