Re: And the MVP is???

It pains me... it really pains me... but I've got to go with Brodeur. As a Pens fan, I admit Crosby is a phenomenal talent. But the Devils goalie is the best player in the league right now, hands down.

You know what? not just to be different, but I'm going to say Luongo - canucks are reborn with him.

Yeah, there's definitely a case to be made for Luongo. Take him away from Vancouver and where would they be?

Re: And the MVP is???

They did what so many teams need to do - find the supreme goaltending and it restores faith in the team.
Plus the bad seed (bertuzzi) moved on.
I like Bertuzzi, but I think he was making the morale sink lower than low.
Now the sedins are the high rollers.
All thanks to Luongo.

Cool Re: And the MVP is???

I have to go with Crosby. Without him, the Pens wouldn't be in the playoffs.

Re: And the MVP is???

I'm changing my vote to who ever finishes higher in the standings, NJ or Pits. The Pens where horrible last season and god knows where the Devils would be without Brodeur.

Re: And the MVP is???

The Kuklas Corner blog posted a link to a MSNBC column saying Brodeur deserves the Hart Trophy this year.

He's a good candidate but Crosby will be a large contender.

I'd go with either of the two, you can't go wrong.
