funniest is that bar 'thing' that happened with belfour and auld. belfour says no booze was involved, that the floor at the bar was slippery where he and fellow goalie Auld went and they were horsing around and he spilled his bottle of water (yeah, right) and they both fell and alex hit his head.

Milestones? Shanahan and Jagr hit 600 goals. Selanne and Bondra hit 500. Sakic hit 1500 career points. Brind'Amour hit 1000 points, and belak got his 1000th penalty minute.

Who has stunk so far? gerber, and Ottawa paid 3.7 mill for him. Roenick's getting 1.2 mill from phoenix for not working. tanguay gets 5 mill for same.

there are 4 canadians in the top 6 scorers (Crosby, St. Louis, lecavalier, heatley), and 4 of the six canadian teams are in playoff positions. Toronto and Edmonton are still close.
