Sweden Wins Gold!

It truly was a great game with an exciting finish that saw Lundqvist stop a bunch of shots in the final minute and even the final 10-15 seconds.

Watching teams like Sweden and Finland play the way they did makes you realize how messed up the American hockey team truly was.

Now that the olympic hockey season is over...back to the NHL and the road to Lord Stanely

what a great game to end Olympics hockey, after the mediocre (see: boring) games up until this point. This was worth it. Sweden figured out Finland. Too bad second place is enough to make grown men cry, but both teams played competitive hockey.
I like the early morning Sunday game. Could do with more in my life.
here's to Sundin.

I'm sad for my Finns. They had a great run and truly deserved gold, but they came up just a little bit short to Sweden.....again. Kudos to both for showing that team chemistry and discipline can do wonders..even with rookie tenders.

The early game was great. Usually, the rest of my day Sunday is booked with projects or other family things. It was great to begin the day with a hockey game, and a great one at that.
