Commercial Free Hockey Coverage

NBC has finally done something right with their Olympic coverage. By offering games commercial free, except for intermissions, they are really allowing the flow of the game to stay in tact. One can see the speed and intensity of the gold medal game, which is happening right now. Also, the game is going faster because it is not being interrupted. Maybe the network should consider this with the NHL coverage. Wouldn't it be great during the playoffs?

No chance it happens w/ the NHL since that's how (don't know which entity profits from ads) the NHL and/or NBC get paid. Especially during the Cup finals, they will profit from all the ad time companies buy.
