Thumbs up Kirk Muller's a coach now. Who'd'a thunk it?

Turns out one of the former "Grumpy Old Men" on the Dallas Stars, Kirk Muller, recently settled down at Queen's U. in Ontario to become the hockey coach. Wondered what had happened to him; I remember him fondly. The boy's younger than me by over a month and he retired from the NHL in '03. Wish I could retire.

For those who don't know, Muller played center for several years for the Stars. He's got six All-Star games under his belt, not to mention 357 goals in 1349 games. Member of the '94 Canadian Olympic Hockey team. Stanley Cup in '94 for the Canadiens (just missed one with the Stars). Not bad, not bad. He's been a coach at Queen's for a year now. Maybe he can get their hocket program out of its slump; they haven't won a title for a while.
