Dale Jr wants McGrew Back As Crew Chief

Dale Earnhardt Jr. has given a formal endorsement for crew chief Lance McGrew. Although there's been few tangible results since McGrew replaced longtime crew chief Tony Eury Jr. in late May, Earnhardt is pleased with their progress and wants McGrew back next season.

It does seem as though as a team they are doing better. They just seem to have issues that are hard to overcome such as not getting all the lug nuts on tightly ???
