| Nolan closing in on Packers coordinator job Mike Nolan is the front runner for replacing Bob Sanders for the job of defensive coordnator. Nolan has 11 years experience as defensive coordinator, most recently with the Ravens. An unnamed scout that Nolan could run the 3-4, 4-3, or whatever. He said that Nolan was smart and could use the personnel there to their strengths. Is this a good thing for the Packers?
