As a result of Nick Barnett's involvement in an incident at an Appleton night club, he was initially charged with 2 counts of criminal disorderly conduct. By by agreeing to the plea of guilty, he was subject to the NFL's prsonal conduct policy. A one game suspension was decided on. At an appeal to the league, the penalty was reduced to one game check.
So he gets to play at the Monday night opener, but his pockets will be a little lighter.
