An NFL spokesman confirmed former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre will be a guest on David Letterman's late-night talk show on April 24.

Favre is scheduled to make an NFL promotional appearance in New York that day. As long as he was in town, according to the source, Favre agreed to do the show.
