Green Bay is thinking of naming a street after Brett Favre. Mayor Jim Schmitt says it must be classy.
Others have suggested a statue of Favre. They are open to ideas to honor Favre.

I almost went with that...but it's really a Green Bay thing...he is their baby...and he was on loan to the rest of Green Bay.

Disagree. Its a Wisconsin thing. There isnt any where you can go where Brett Favre isnt discussed, now and before. Including church groups. The whole state is Packer crazy, and Brett is their idol. He was the Green Bay Packers.

If that was the case, the Packers would of relocated away from dinky little Green Bay long ago...let them have thier niche, and Favre is honor within the city limits...the rest of Wisconsin van honor him another way...I mean, its like saying the Dallas Cowboys are America's team so lets honor them across the country, the way we would in Big D
