McCarthy finishes second to Belichick
A year ago, no one would have expected Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy to compete for an honor as The Associated Press 2007 NFL Coach of the Year.
But McCarthy wound up as the runnerup today to Bill Belichick of the unbeaten New England Patriots for the annual award.
