Healthy running backs at a premium

Right now, the Packers dont know how many healthy running backs they will have for the opener against Philadelphia.
Third-down back Noah Herron has been placed on season ending IR after knee surgery on Sunday.
Vernand Morency came in to camp on top of the depth chart, but suffered a strained tendon in opening practice of camp. The Packers are not sure how much he will be able to do in the opener.
Rookie 2nd round pick Brandon Jacobs had a concussion August 26. He has received full medical clearance and declares himself ready.
Rookie 7th round pick De Shawn Wynn who missed most of camp with a thigh injury played in the preseason final and made the roster, but was given a stern warning not to make himself comfortable.
"We've been talking running back by committee since day one," said McCarthy. "That's the way we will go."

So many dinged up runners... a sign of a subpar offensive line, perhaps?

Subpar line, no healthy runners, inexperienced receivers-- this looks to be the longest year ever for Brett Favre.

I was reading an article about Jackson the other day. Kid sounds nervous. Hope that doesn't wind up being a huge problem.
