Morency ready for opener

Vernand Morency insisted he wasnt sprinting, but the injured running back appeared to be moving well when he jokingly chased a teammate across the field Tuesday.
Coach McCarthy says he isnt sure Morency will play at all in preseason, but will "definitely be ready for Philadelphia" in the season opener.
Morency was Packer's starter-by-default at running back before he strained a tendon in his right knee at training camp.
