Packers pursuing Woodson

Various media outlets are reporting that the Green Bay Packers, unhappy with 2004 first round pick Ahmad Carroll's progress and his tendency to get caught holding or committing interference, are in talks to bring ex-Raider Charles Woodson. I'm not real high on Woodson, myself, but I know a lot of people are. Is this an upgrade in your estimation?
