Sure, they may be seem to be hurting, but should Favre retire, they dump Davenport and Green, and let Flanagan go (the only player here that deserves his salary), then the Pack is going to have a lot of cap room. Every one knows how in this age of free agency, that a team (except for the Texans and Lion) can turn things around quick. Losing some free agents doesn't scare me as much as having the 49ers OC for a head coach.

"Losing some free agents doesn't scare me as much as having the 49ers OC for a head coach." Yeah, that one made me shake my head when I heard it. I understand he was hired because of his ties to Favre. But what is Favre retires? Then your team's stuck with an inferior coach for no good reason whatsoever. Stinks of some rather backwards thinking...

Re: Packers & Free Agency Here's the current list of GB Packer free agents. I'm assuming its accurate. Unrestricted ------------ Kevin Barry, t Najeh Davenport, rb Rob Davis, ls Tony Fisher, rb Mike Flanagan, c William Henderson, fb Grady Jackson, dt Aaron Kampman, de Paris Lenon, lb Earl Little, s Ryan Longwell, pk Craig Nall, qb Grey Ruegamer, g Restricted ---------- Antonio Chapman, wr Kenny Peterson, dt Shouldn't that be Chatman, not Chapman? Anyway... lots of decisions to be made here. Lots of unsigned veterans. Plus Favre's future is in doubt as well. So who's back next season and who's gone?
