| Baron Davis rumors Word has it that contract talks between the Golden State Warriors and Baron Davis aren't going well. According to the Contra Costa Times, "In fact, the sides are so far apart that [agent Todd] Ramasar brought up the specter of Davis using his opt-out clause to void the final year on his current deal and become an unrestricted free agent as of July 1... A source close to Davis said it's also 50-50 that the Warriors' captain, coming off a season in which he averaged 21.8 points, 7.6 assists and 4.7 rebounds, will leave either this summer or after next season after various contract offers that were quite disappointing." http://www.contracostatimes.com/warriors/ci_9217881

| Re: Baron Davis rumors i wouldnt mind seeing him leave oakland (where they are based) as long as he ended up somewhere better. not a place where their center aint even the size of one of new orleans' power forewards. he's got alotta talent that's being wasted on that no defense , all filler no killer, excuse for a team out there in oakland

I think that means he will have to settle for the 12,500 sq ft mansion instead of the 25,000 sq ft one, right? |

| Re: Baron Davis rumors The Warriors should do what it takes to sign him and then trade him while his value is high...davis will certainly get more and more injury prone as time goes. Time to sell high!!!! |
