Georgia Tech vs. BC Eagles

Georgia Tech comes into this game having rolled over both Notre Dame and Samford already this season. Saturday's win over the Bulldogs was Tech's largest since 2001, and RB Tashard Choice has gained at least 100 yards in nine straight games (he topped the century mark in the first quarter in Week 2). The competition should be a little stiffer this week, with Matt Ryan and the BC Eagles coming to town, but as good as the Ramblin' Wreck has been, I find it hard to pick against them. Do you agree that they'll be 3-0 after this weekend?

I can't believe there hasn't been more discussion of this game. Rivals.com is calling it the best match-up in the ACC this week, both teams are ranked and both teams feature powerful offenses. This could well wind up being a preview of the ACC Championship here. So, who wins it?

I'm thinking the dreaded Bee's win a close one.

Re: Georgia Tech vs. BC Eagles

Matt Ryan is off to a good start hitting his first 5 of 7 for 93 yards...BC up 7 to 0...

Is Ryan a Heisman candidate?

Not sure about the HT but he will be drafted early and looks to have a future in the NFL.

This is the first test for the Bee's and they look pretty flat as usual. I was hoping they would win out so the Georgia Bulldogs could hand them a huge loss at the end of the year - as usual.

Well, after his performance yesterday, the AP sure is pushing Ryan for the Heisman.

According to their recap of the game, "Matt Ryan, get ready for some Heisman hype... The Boston College quarterback was the clear winner in a showdown with another of the country's top players, throwing for a career-best 435 yards to lead the 21st-ranked Eagles to a 24-10 victory over No. 15 Georgia Tech on Saturday night."
