Georgia Tech Football Practice Report

Georgia Tech held its first practice of the 2007 season Friday morning at Rose Bowl Field, where 106 players (including walk-ons) worked out in helmets and shorts for just over two hours.

There seems to be a fair amount of buzz around the Yellow Jackets this year. Keep an eye on this Tashard Choice.

Gailey singled out a couple of players to watch - freshman RB Jonathan Dwyer and senior DE Darrell Robertson - during yesterday's practice. The coach says that Dwyer, a Parade All-American, "does some nice things, but he makes mistakes too." As for Robertson, Gailey says that the defensive end "has done a good job of building himself... I think he'll have a very good senior year."
