| Playing King would be bold move Hedge Clippings posted on October 24, 2007 - 2:53pm. Marc Weiszer, Sports Writer The safe move would be to keep freshman Caleb King under wraps until 2008. Give tailback Knowshon Moreno the ball 30 times against Florida and hope his body holds up. The bolder move, which Georgia coaches seem to be seriously considering, would be to take advantage of King’s raw talent starting Saturday against the Gators. Florida won a national title with freshmen Tim Tebow and Percy Harvin making plays for the Gators. Maybe Georgia can make a run down the stretch to contend for the SEC East title with a package that suits King’s abilities. Running backs coach Tony Ball indicated that maybe is in the coaching staff’s thinking when he said “We’ve got five, six, maybe seven games that we need to get ready to play. That’s a whole season for a freshman.” More Caleb
