Cass RB/LB Samuel hits books as hard as opponents

Cartersville — On this night, Richard Samuel is not too interested in anybody getting to know him.
His answers to questions are short. His attention is on someone else. And she, at the moment, is far more attractive than a pen and pad. But no matter how elusive Samuel might be, there is no hiding what he has become, nor what the Cass High School star is expected to become — a Georgia Bulldog.

In a little more than a year, Samuel, a soccer player by nature, has been pegged as one of the top 40 football recruits in the country.
"It started after the third game of the season when he went for 256 yards last year," Cass coach Rick Casko said.
