| Bulldogs seek record fourth straight in Knoxville Magill: Bulldogs seek record fourth straight in Knoxville History behind the game tory updated at 12:27 AM on Saturday, October 6, 2007 Dan Magill Despite Thomas Brown's 99-yard kickoff return and Mikey Henderson's 86-yard punt return for touchdowns, Georgia last year suffered a bitter loss, 51-33, to Tennessee in Sanford Stadium. It was the most points ever scored by the Volunteers in their long series with the Bulldogs. And, today in Knoxville the Bulldogs will seek revenge, and if they do so it will be a record fourth straight win for them in Neyland Stadium. This streak began in 2001, and it was a crazy finish. Tennessee led 24-20 with only 44 seconds left. Randy McMichael smatly fell on a squibbed kick at the Georgia 41-yard line. David Greene then passed the Bulldogs down the field, hitting McMichael for 14 yards to the 6-yard line with only 10 seconds remaining. Then he found Verron Haynes for the game winner.
