Moreno not ready to start

As the fans line up and climb aboard the Moreno Band Wagon Coach Richt stays the course.

Re: Moreno not ready to start

I've been watching college football for a long time, so I tried not to buy into the Moreno hype coming from practice. This kid is the real deal, though. What's not to like? He's been humble and respectful in everything I've seen and heard and he carries the ball like it's life or death. When he lowered and hit the Bama safety instead of going out of bounds, that summed up what type of player he is. He seems to get stronger, faster, and more amped the longer he's out there. With him and King in the backfield, I think we'll be set for a few years at that position.

I agree! We just need to keep them healthy and run run run. Then Stafford can do his thing. If the injury bug stays away this team has the potential to be very good for a few years - great time to be a Dawg fan.

Absolutely! Almost all the young guys are playing pretty well. Let this thing gel and mature, add depth and help at a few key spots, and if the balls bounce our way a few times............I don't even want to say it, but...........we could make some serious noise in a year or two on the national scale. I'm pretty "old school". Nothing makes me happier than seeing the Dawgs line up in the "I" and successfully punish the other team with carry after carry. I think we just might have the legs to start doing that again.

By the way Grey – I’m glad you are here. I have been out numbered by the fringe loonies to the west. To date it has not been a problem as I entered the fray fully armed and they entered throwing stonies at me - if you get my gist.

Roger that.
You know, aside from Auburn, I have no real "hate" for the West. If I'm engaged in smack talk, usually I'm up to my ears in Gators or Vols. I get along with the vast majority of fans of those schools out west. This guy's a different animal altogether. If I didn't know better, hell, I'd assume he was a Gator. I guess I finally have the pleasure of talking to a member of the radical breakaway cult of Bama fan. The ones who stop everything 3 times daily to get on hands and knees to pray toward the meccah........Moro Bottom, Arkansas.........birthplace of "the Bahr".

He is consistant and does keep his word, proved by his avitar. Yes he has an accute case of Saban-vision but is as loyal a fan as you will find in any team forum. Just think how boaring it would be without him.

Yeah he is a chuckle an hour on Monday and by Friday a chuckle a minute. I would like to monitor his heart rate from Monday right up until kickoff.
