In addition to being an in-state rivalry game, this match-up has a lot of post-season intrigue. A Bulldogs win gives them 8 on the year and makes them much more attractive to the mid-level bowls, while the Yellow Jackets can clinch a 10-win season, snap a 5-game losing streak to UGA and gain momentum for the ACC title game with a victory. Who do you guys like in this match-up?

I'm pulling for Georgia. They do great in rivalry games. OK, maybe not the Florida game. But don't forget what happened in the Auburn game.

Georgia will find a way to pull out the upset. They've been beat up alot this year losing to both of the SEC's doormats: Vandy and Kentucky. I just think they come together and win this one.

Have to go with Ga.Tech in this one. They're pretty strong this year and will more than likely win the ACC title.
Although a loss to Georgia would put Va. Tech in a solid 2nd place in the ACC pretty much insuring a trip to the Gator Bowl....Go Dawgs!!!!

lol, I saw 1 prediction that puts the Hokies playing Georgia in the Chick-So-Fla bowl in Atlanta. I think Hokies would whip the Dawgs in that matchup.

Not the way thy're playing today. The only real saving grace would be that Ore will be healthy by then. I've also seen predictions that the Hokies playing the Vols in the Chik-Filet Bowl, or WVU in the Gator Bowl. Either game should be worth watching.
