i dont really complain because it's pointless, the government will do what they want in order to keep control. Example....

Bush won in 2000 and it was recounted how many times? 3 I believe and he still won. 4 horrible years followed and everybody complained and said "get out there and vote and make a difference". Then, Bush won once again. The Senators votes actually out weight a regular citizens vote, and even if for say Obama or McCain won the popular vote, they can still lose based off the electoral vote. Therefore, your vote can really not matter anyways. Why? Say you dont vote, then someone will win anyways. Say you vote, and your side still does not win. Did it matter? No. it didn't. I will say I dont vote specifically because I DO NOT LIKE POLITICS. I hate politics. It divides everything and everyone. It makes people hate eachother and despise eachother. That's why i do not vote. I have no favorites. I might be upset about things, and i can compalin but where will that get me? nowhere. sure i can give my opinion but it really doesnt matter because people have their own opinions about things, so it soley matters to me. if people wanna say i have a right to vote, yes i do. I'm using my freedom of speech to say i do not like politics and i wont vote. That's just where i stand. Love this country though, the freedom is great!

Ummm most that are the "I don't vote" crowd believe so in voting only when you live in a state that matters with the large electoral counts.....but yea I do not live in one of those states and I voted still, why? I felt like it.

That's what people should do. Everyone should "feel like it" when it comes to voting! I am 44 years old and have never missed any election and will never miss one until the day I die! I have never lived in one of the "battleground" states either, and grateful for that considering how tiresome the media blitz and infomercials have been here in Arizona.
