I have never heard of putting mayo in mashed potatoes but now I'm a little curious. I did put french onion dip in them once when I didn't have any sour cream. That actually wasn't half bad either.

I've heard of people who put ketchup on scrambled eggs. Dont think I ever heard of mayo on them though much less both.

you crazy mustard people...it disturbs me though that in the dining hall here they leave mayo on the table...sure the bottle says you don't need to refrigerate it but is that really such a good idea?

I always keep mine in the fridge, even before I open it. I won't use it if it's been left out.

Mine says to refrigerate after opening. (I went to look) You're not supposed to leave food out made with mayo for very long.

I have never tried mustard before in potato salad. Maybe because I dont like mustard. But I always think mine needs something even though the family loves it as it is.
