Re: Schumi 'in talks' - Weber

A side bar: Shumacher was in Las Vegas this week competing in a go-kart race and granted an interview to Robin Miller ONLY on the condition that no questions pertaining to F1 would be asked. (Miller on SPEEDTV's Wind Tunnel, 11/22/09)

Interesting... Maybe Bernie is wrong yet again?

Re: Schumi 'in talks' - Weber

Based on what we saw earlier this year with the Massa replacement situation, I think that Schumi would absolutely LOVE to get back into F1.

I'd love to see him back I have to say - but only if he's competitive. An "also ran" Schumacher would be a very sad sight.

I can't see him being that competitive again neither.
Best not tarnish that career with a Boxer type of punch-drunk comeback.

Racing in today's climate, is basically a young man's game. Barrichello is one of F1's "Grey Hairs" and he's fully three years younger then Schumi. Like the rest of you, I'd hate to see him turn into a pitiful characterchur of his former self.

Ironic you should say that. Schumacher started racing at the age of 4, and lot of people were inspired by him.☻
