Nine offseason moves that must be made

This is a list of Adam Scheins (columnist) of moves that must be made. See what you think.
  1. Miami needs to trade Jason Taylor to Green Bay
  2. Tampa should deal Chris Sims--now!
  3. Jeremy Shockey needs to leave New York
  4. Travis Henry should go to New Orleans
  5. The Eagles need to make peace with Lito Shepard and keep him.
  6. Ty Law belongs in Cleveland.
  7. Buffalo needs a veteran running back.
  8. Eric Parker fits in New York with the Jets
  9. The Lions should sign Shaun Alexander

Agree, disagree with any of these and why?

Re: Nine offseason moves that must be made

  1. Miami needs to trade Jason Taylor to Green Bay
Something tells me Miami's already blown their last, best chance to deal Taylor
  2. Tampa should deal Chris Sims--now!
    Agreed
  3. Jeremy Shockey needs to leave New York
This should've been done months ago. Why are the Giants stalling?
  4. Travis Henry should go to New Orleans
No. Not because of my feelings about McAllister, but just because Henry doesn't need yet another chance to blow it.
  5. The Eagles need to make peace with Lito Shepard and keep him.
Yeah, I think so. You can never have too many quality DBs. Never understood why the wanted to deal him in the first place.
  6. Ty Law belongs in Cleveland.
Yes, yes, yes! He's be perfect for that team. They need his veteran leadership and he knows Romeo's system already!
  7. Buffalo needs a veteran running back.
Shaun Alexander would be perfect here. While he splits carries with Lynch, maybe he can pass along some valuable life lessons as well.
  8. Eric Parker fits in New York with the Jets
  9. The Lions should sign Shaun Alexander
See above. Anyway, I don't think Alexander's the answer for them. They should draft a blue-chipper next year.

I agree with all of the above. Only Alexander could fit with the Lions or Buffalo for a short term. But Buffalo would be best because of the life lessons. Lynch sounds like he needs them. Shepard became uneasy when the Eagles signed Asante. If I remember correctly he also wanted to become part of the offense. So yeah, keep him.
As for Eric Parker, that was a blank for me. I was kinda hoping you would fill in the pieces. So I had to look it up. Parker sat out last year from the Chargers with a toe injury. He is running and doing drills this year and could fill the spot of veteran receiver and punt returner for the Jets. It sounds good to me.
Travis Henry needs his head examined. Saints have Bush behind Deuce. If Deuce makes it back that is.
