Specter done with Spygate?

U.S. Senator Arlen Specter has suggested in an interview he may be done looking into the Pats' practice of videotaping their opponents. He said he has gone as far as he can and doesn't expect to take matters further because the Senate Judiciary Committee already has " too much to do."
The NFL has long moved on from this and now that Specter is no longer pursuing the matter, maybe Spygate is really over now.

I would think the Judiciary Committee has better things to do.
Guess Specter wasnt getting as popular for this as he thought he would.

Thank you, I got I done caring about spygate two weeks after the fact, then I stopped reading the crap after I found there was no walk through tape. Honestly, I never cared and I'm glad it's over.

Specter has done all he can for his cronies from Comcast, looking good in thier eyes in exchange for the millions they back him with. Now he can say to them he did all he could, as they are still smarting from the NFL's decision to give the country Giants-Pats I in December on network TV instead of Pay Per View NFL Network.

It really amazes me about this Senator Arlen Spector: with a conflict still ongoing in Iraq, Oil prices skyrocketing, food prices skyrocketing, Bin Laden still on the loose, a credit and housing crisis, economy still unpredictable, etc etc and etc.

He has time to waste tax payers money on an issue that congress really has no business persuing anyways??? Stay out of Football, stay out of Baseball (steroids) and please stay out of the BCS (college football) controversy as congress has enough on the table dealing with our country's real problems! Unbelievable and great topic!

While I agree that congress has much more important thing to work on. It's not like they would actually work on the important stuff. They are congress for crying out loud.

I don't like to get into politics much, but... damn if that isn't the whole truth and nothing but the truth!
