Anyone see the game? The Frankfurt Galaxy were down 7-2 at the half and came back to win the game, 22-7. Butchie Wallace was named MVP after running 138 and a touchdown, all in the second half. It was Frankfurt's record fourth World Bowl championship. Impressive feat, eh? By the way, that kid Wallace is a free agent right now. Not for long, I'd bet!

Last I looked Wallace was listed as a ERFA (see below)

ERFA = Exclusive Rights Free Agent: A player whose contract has expired and has three or fewer tenured years in the league. His original team must make a contract offer by the league imposed deadline or the player becomes an unrestricted free agent. No compensation is awarded for losing EFAs.

Also, I am not sold on the WFL developing running backs...I think its good for QB's but not so hot for backs...I am not so sure it can simulate the NFL conditions for them well enough. But even at a slwoer pace, a QB can work on fundamentals...
