Re: NFL going international

According to this story, "The NFL is proposing that two regular-season games be played outside of the United States beginning in 2008... The games would potentially be played in Mexico, Canada, the United Kingdom, or Germany." What do you guys think of this suggestion? I, personally, am not in favor of it, mainly because it robs a team of a home game.

No use going into Britan and Germany...too far...then you have massive security risks etc...Canada is okay, but hey why not play a "token game in L.A.?"...or in other potenial franchise cities?...to test them out...

Hey, that's a good idea, Gotham. A test game between two of the worst teams in the league. If they come out and support that, then they earn their franchise. I like where you're coming from on this...

I am a man of vision Lefty...remember that when some wacky football league hires you as a Commissioner and you are looking for a right hand man...I'll be there for you...
