Just hours after being arrested for misdemeanor charges and criminal damage, the Cincinnati Bengals have released third year receiver Chris Henry.

Bengals president Mike Brown is quoted as saying that Henry has "forfeited his opportunity to continue a career with the Bengals" and his conduct could simply "no longer be tolerated."

Henry, who has had many run-ins with the law, including a 7 game suspension from the NFL last season has 1,370yard and 17 TD's to his name, but it would seem that those will be the only stats he gets to rack up on the football field, at least on and NFL football field.

Now some of you may see my opinion on this as hypocritical, but was I the only one who was shouting AT LAST when he was released?

Nope, I'm right there with you. The guy has had way too many chances, and he's blown them all. His NFL days should be done.
