New rule on forceouts, both feet will have to be in.
Roger Goodell says he wont reinstate Pacman before training camp.
Cowboys and Pacman have a contract written, but it wont be official until next week. Titans will probably get a 6th round pick.
Goodell says he wont reinstate Pacman any earlier but Jerry Jones is spokesman for the NFL, so think this will influence Goodell's decision in any way?

Good. I like this not just because there's finally a no-judgment-call rule governing forceouts, but also because it goes in favor of the defense. They get to use the sideline as an asset now, and wideout will need to work doubly hard to use the edges of the field.
