| Re: How Will History Think Of The 2007 New England Patriots? The who??? Seriously though, most have already moved on. Unless it's my team that is the champ, I don't give either team much thought five mintues after the game is over! |

| Re: How Will History Think Of The 2007 New England Patriots? Yes but they are the only team to win all 16 regular season games plus record setting touchdown passes and receptions. That should factor into things despite losing the Super Bowl shouldn't it? |

Not really. Not for me. You play for the Championship, and it you don't win it all, the season is a not a success. I'm a Dallas fan, and they won the division, set Team records, but I could care less. The Lombardi Trophy is the goal, and anything less is not acceptable. |

| Re: How Will History Think Of The 2007 New England Patriots? Im a little tired of this thread. The pats didnt choke, giants just played a better game. I think they will be remembered as the team who cheated there way to the superbowl and came in 2nd. (Not saying this is my opinion) |

| Re: How Will History Think Of The 2007 New England Patriots? They will be remembered just like the 1934 and 1942 Chicago Bears. They too went undefeated only to lose the Championship Game. The fact is, the Giants and Redskins are remembered more for beating the unbeaten Bears than some other Champions may be, so the Bears are remembered, but only as the team that lost after a great season. The same will be with the Patriots over time.
