Naming rights for Jets and Giants could bring record deal

With the Jets and Giants new stadium arriving in the next year, corporations are already breaking records as to how much they will pay to have the stadium named after them.

The deal could break a record and go for at least $25 to $30 million dollars.

Why not call it something like new york stadium. Both teams will be moderatly happy.

Because they wouldnt get any money for it. Companies pay big money to have stadiums named after them.
Examples: Oakland A's Cisco Field named after Cisco Systems Inc.
New Jersey Devils Prudential Field Prudential Ins.
Houston Texas Reliant Staium Reliant Energy

So I wonder which company will wind up putting up the big bucks for the rights. Any guesses?

No, he'd much rather just named the stadium after himself. Which may be worse, I haven't decided yet.
