| Commish Goodell's State of the Union Speech Speaking to the media in Phoenix, Goodell gave his State of the Union Speech.He said the competition was excellent this season, television ratings were high and there was record attendance, signaling that the NFL continues to grow. Goodell says he does not think Spygate has tainted the Pats accomplishments this season. About HGH, Goodell stated that he does not think there is a significant of use in the League.
