Please pass the Crow

The regular season is over and its time to gleefully rub it in when you were right and others were wrong.
My first is the Arizona Cardinals. I said they would turn their season around and naysayers said not going to happen. They went from 5-11 in '05 and '06 to 8-8 this year. I say .500 is turning it around.
Leonard Davis. People scoffed at Dallas signing the 6 foot 6, 354 lb offensive guard for $49.6 million dollars from the Cardinals, saying he was a bust. I said dont judge him by what he did with his previous team.
This year the big guy has been selected to his first Pro Bowl.

Re: Please pass the Crow

I also thought they had thrown way to much money at Davis...and that a 350 lb lineman would not stay injury free...lets see how the playoffs play out before I eat anything though.

But Goth, he has been part of a good line that has done a good job of protecting our wonder boy. And he is going to the Pro Bowl.
And he hasnt missed any playing, at least I dont think so.

For $49 million I want him to shove the New England Defense all the way back to where the team crawled out of...is that too much to ask???

YES! He just has to protect the qb and open up running lanes for the rbs. He has done that. Its not his fault Garrett hasnt called enough run plays.
Guess I forgot who I was conversing with here. It took a whole season to get you to appreciate Romo.

How many times do you wish for me to say I was WRONG about my boy Romo?

I was WRONG...

I was WRONG...

I was sooooo WRONG...

I was soooo, soooo WRONG!

Happy now?

Good today, horrible next week. Keep the pressure up and he gets really nervous. There you have the life story of Eli Manning.

And if you play the way you did against Washington, Eli won't even have to be there.
