| The Greatest Game never played??? So, what would you considered the Greatest NFL game never played? I am thinking that the "Immaculate Reception" in 1972 knocked out a truely great contest between the Raiders and the undefeated Dolphins in 1972. As it was the Steelers could not stop the Dolphins running attack which churned 193 yards on the ground...and Bradshaw was not ready yet, throwing away 2 picks...The Raiders might have fared better that year.

| Re: The Greatest Game never played??? For me it would have been, superbowl XV. The AFC championship was the famous "Red Right 88" play where Brian Sipe was intercepted in the endzone ending out chances that year. I think it would have been a great superbowl with the same outcome for the Eagles.
