More than 40 NFL legends will join bowlers from the greater Phoenix area and across the country at the third annual Super Bowl NFL Charities/Strike Ten Celebrity Bowling Classic. The event is open to amateur bowlers and will be held at 9 p.m. on Thursday, January 31 at AMF Christown Lanes in Phoenix, host city to Super Bowl XLII. Every team will bowl three games in the tournament -- each with a different celebrity captain -- which will be scored using a special handicap system. Hall of Famer and former Pittsburgh Steelers receiver and television broadcaster Lynn Swann will act as the event spokesperson and will lead the field of celebrities, which already includes more than 20 members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
